Refund Policy

A Funder Finder report is a digital product delivered instantly. Before you pay, the free preview shows you how many foundations matched, how they split by tier and what they have given, so you can judge whether the report is worth it to you. Please use the preview.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email from your purchase, or email us at Support@Skyforgellc.net with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank.

When a refund is issued

• Access to the refunded report, including its private link, is ended, and your licence to use it and any downloaded copies ends. You agree to delete downloaded copies.
• One refund per organization. Repeat purchase-and-refund patterns, or refunds sought after redistributing a report, may be declined as abuse and may lead to suspension under our Terms.
• Filing a chargeback instead of using this process may result in loss of access.

What a refund is not

Not receiving a grant, or a foundation not replying, is not a defect in the report — the report never promises funding. The refund window exists so you can decide, without needing a reason, whether the report is right for you.
